Simple Chocolate Cake with Icing


This is the easiest way of making a CAKE.


Ingredients for making Chocolate Cake:

250 gms butter
250 gms sugar (powdered fine)
4 eggs
250 gms maida flour
2 level tsp. baking powder
12 level tbsp. drinking chocolate
4 heaped tsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. coffee essence (optional)

The Method:

Cream the butter and sugar together until froth. Beat the eggs in gradually. Fold in the flour and baking powder (sieved together thrice previously) as well as drinking chocolate and cocoa. Finally add the essence. Grease a cake tin, spoon the mixture into the tin and bake till done. To check if the cake is ready insert a fork into the cake, if the mixture does not stick, then means the cake is ready to be eaten. HURRAY....!!!!


ICING

One can of sweet condensed milk
One tablespoon of butter
3 or 4 spoons of the same chocolate

Mix them and put them in a pan and heat it on the stove as you mix all the time. Once you get a beautiful chocolate-like cream, let's say, that is really homogeneous, it is done.
Then you get a fork and use it to have small holes in the cake so the icing gets in... Then you eat it.... it is good when you put the icing while still warm. Great with ice cream, especially vanilla.

You can also make ribbon cake by putting different colours into layers or pineapple cake by taking the juice. Instead of chocolate or cocoa put the pineapple juice.

Same way you can make mango cake, walnut cake, dates cake, etc.


ANOTHER METHOD OF ICING

1. First take egg whites of 2 eggs, then powered sugar (3 tablespoons) and mix in a
mixer or electric beat it.
2. Then add butter or margarine (2 tablespoons) and vanilla essence (2 - 3 drops)
3. Mix all ingredients until a froth comes out.
4. Put the cream on the cake by using a Spatula.
4. Your Cake Cream is ready

This cake is the most easiest thing to do, but there are various kind and ways to make cakes, this method has shown you how to make a very easy and simple cake.
